"Meg teaching her workshop about nourishing parents to our doula team was one of the highlights of our year. As an agency owner, I'm always on the lookout for reliable, dynamic workshops to bring to my team for continuing education and Meg's workshop exceeded all expectations. The information presented was detailed and informative. Just as importantly, the inspiration and motivation the doulas gained to help families with this very neglected piece of the postpartum puzzle is absolutely unmatched. I highly recommend Meg's Nourished workshop to any agency owner, doula or parent! Thank you so much, Meg. ~ Allison Morgan, Doula

"The Nourished Parent gave me exactly what I didn’t know I needed—permission to slow down and tools to nourish myself as deeply as I nourish my family. Meg’s wisdom is practical, grounding, and incredibly validating. I left feeling more equipped and less alone." ~ Emily R.

Meg is such a source of knowledge and shares it in a non-judgmental and grounded. Our doula agency recently completed a 3 -hr training on Nourishing Parents and it was incredibly powerful. The doulas walked away with a deeper understanding of the postnatal depletion spectrum, traditional postpartum, culinary medicine, and simple recipes for the postpartum time period. Meg conveys information is a way is real, honest and down to Earth!" ~ Kathleen Stern, Doula

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time talking with Meg! I really felt like my voice was heard and all fears I had were acknowledged. She gave such amazing insight into what I will experience postpartum, and I learned a lot about the nutrition and the best foods to eat and what I should avoid. It was nice to listen and learn from someone who has gone through the same thing I am going to experience, and who is passionate about telling others about the journey. I highly recommend Meg and her calming nature if you would ever like to learn about the holistic side of motherhood." ~ Shelby E.

"When preparing for my birth and postpartum recovering as a first time Mother I was enlisting a support team. I hired a doula, cleaning service, gynecological care expert but the only thing missing was my postpartum nutritionist. Days before my expected due date I still didn't have one and I was panicking. I was introduced to Meg by the gynecological care expert. Meg lived hours away from me and was at the tail end of closing on a house and preparing for a move and because of these circumstances we were unable to meet in person. Meg offered to video conference with me and I wasn't sure if I'd this option because I prefer face to face interaction but I ended up loving it! Initially Meg and I talked on the phone for over an hour and seconds into the call I knew I'd love the video conference because I could feel her energy and warmth through the phone. During our phone call she got to know me by asking questions. I knew she took notes because when we started to video chat she referred to my family members by name and recounted things I shared with her. This approach made the experience very personal and I loved that. She shared recipes with me and answered my many questions. The day I gave birth I had a video message from her simply saying "I'm thinking of you". Weeks after my birth we were still in constant communication supporting me through my entire fourth trimester. I love Meg! I want her to be my friend. She's thoughtful, kind, funny and intelligent! She brings a wealth of nutrition knowledge to the table. Her recipes are ridiculously yummy to the point where my husband was eating them with me. I truly believe I was producing an abundance of milk because of her recipes. I also believe the meals I was eating contributed to my mind, body and spirit staying wealthy and whole as it was before birth.
I highly recommend Meg! Trust me, you'll have one phone call with her and fall in love as I did.
Meg, thank you so much. I'm forever grateful for your support. I look forward to meeting you in person one day soon :)"~ Jess Hernandez

"Coming into my second pregnancy, I knew I wanted my postpartum recovery to be and feel different than my first. I stumbled upon Meg from a mutual friend and learned about the Ayurvedic approach for postpartum Mothers. Meg provided me with a wealth of knowledge of how I could nurture myself while I was amongst one of the most vulnerable states after having my son. She came into my home, made me a week worth of meals, and I didn’t even need to leave the couch. This food supported and healed my body on a level I never knew existed. For days after her visit and care, my body craved the nourishment she had prepped and prepared for me in my home. I highly recommend her talent and knowledge for any postpartum Mama looking for a rejuvenating recovery." ~ Liza W.

"If you are looking for that special postpartum support, whether you have one or multiple children Megan is your women. She is kind and compassionate. She knows what she is talking about and makes your feel comfortable with whatever you need in your postpartum care. I am not fortunate enough to live close enough to have her come to my home and help. But we talk weekly and she guides me in the proper vitamins and nutrition and emotional support one needs after giving birth. I was desperate for someone like her in my life after having my daughter and I am so thankful I have found her." ~Allyssa H.

"The mother nourishing meal option was a gift to me from my best friend Autumn. It was the PERFECT gift for a new mom!! Yes baby clothes and supplies are great gifts, but Megan’s services were perfect for a new mom in the first week or two after giving birth. Megan came to our home and brought everything she needed to make me a nutritious meal that was fine tuned for my own needs after giving birth. Prior to coming, we talked about how my birth went and any issues or complications that arose. This allowed her to make me a meal that was nutritionally specific to my own needs!!! Megan was so nice and so informative on post natal nutrition. She served my husband and I the most amazing meal along with a small desert that was SOOO unbelievably good but nutritious as well. Megan has a great presence about her and not only serves you a great meal, but is also very supportive and offers great advice to get through the 4th trimester period. I would highly recommend her services!!" ~ S. Stevens

I'm so thankful for Megan and Small Batch Wellness!" ~ Alex V.
