Elderberry Syrup: Make & Take The elderberry plant is a powerhouse and with cold and flu season upon us, it’s time to be proactive at boosting the immune system. Learn about this antioxidant-rich, herbal-ally and it’s protective and boosting qualities. During this demonstration, you will learn how to make this syrup for yourself saving money while also using everyday items in your pantry. Each participant will receive their own bundle of dried elderberries to take home.

Herbal Honey: Make & Take Herbal (or medicinal) Honey combines the already delightful power of honey with healing herbs. A great & tasty way to boost the entire families immune system and adapt the upcoming seasonal changes. Choose from a variety of popular and familiar dried herbs chamomile, nettle, ginger, lavender and more) and create the perfect blend for your family. Eat straight, add a spoon to your tea, put on topically and more! Each participant will have the opportunity to make their own blend that meets the needs of your family.

Fire Cider Tonic: Make & Take This is old folk medicine and a digestive tonic that stimulates an immune response. Using the power of vinegar, we will create an infusion with jalapenos, horseradish, ginger, turmeric, honey, citrus and more along with potent herbs & spices making for a blast of antioxidant-rich, balancing and immune stimulating properties. Take a shot at the first of sickness and breathe fire knowing that it’s worth it to nip that bug in the bud. During this demonstration, you will learn how to make this tonic for yourself saving money while also using everyday items in your pantry. Each participant will make there own blend.
