You have grown a human being. You need time to heal, nourish, rebuild your body and mind. Postpartum Nutrition counseling can look like different things for different families so this is highly customizable. The goal though is to heal your body fully which takes time & healthful, warm foods. From meal prep and meal planning to distance counseling, we can meet you where you are at. Preliminary 45-60 minute consult discussing current nutrition, areas of focus, challenges and next steps. This exploratory session is free of charge. Initial Consult is FREE & Non-Committal
