Simple Spiced Milk

Simple Spiced Milk:

Gently warm about two cups of milk in a pot until you start to see steam.

Add 1.5 tsp of turmeric powder

1/2 tsp of ginger

1/4 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of ghee

1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup

A pinch of fresh cracked black pepper

Whisk together (or use an immersion blender)

One a day ideally but 3 - 4 a week is great. Not with meals.
