Cacao Turmeric Chia 'Pudding'

1 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk

1.5 TBS Coconut Cream

1 TBS Cacao, Powder

1 TBS Turmeric, Powder

1 TBS Pure Maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Powder

Pinch Black Pepper

1/4 Cup Chia Seed


1. Pour Milk into a pan and gently warm, do not boil

2. Whisk in Turmeric and Cacao until combined

3. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute or two before pouring in a large jar

4. Add in remaining items except Chia and use an immersion blender to combine (or cover and shake shake shake).

5. Add Chia

6. Let cool and wait for chia to do its thing (minimally 20 minutes - ideally overnight)
