Nutrition + nourishment planning is very individualized and so counseling should reflect this.
I believe that we can approach pregnancy with real food approach that fits into your
life blend traditional ways with evidenced-based science to
create a postpartum that honors the individual’s path to wellness.
In general, my approach is food and plant medicine focussed with supplementing
to round our first before discussing supplements.
While I do make recommendations for supplements, I do not sell supplements.

I do not come into these meetings with my agenda, protocol, set of supplements or unnecessary expenses.

We have a quick, non-committal chat to get to know each other a bit. During this chat we will discuss you, your pregnancy and postpartum, as well as your hopes and needs around nutrition and nourishment. We will also discuss and make an estimate of the number of sessions recommended. I offer single sessions and package options depending on your needs.
One single session is a great way to get a deeper understanding of the
postpartum body and how to nourish and replete it.
We touch on many subjects for about 90 minutes.
