What is the difference between what you do and a Postpartum Doula?
Great question! Although there is definitely some overlap, we are focused on keeping you fed, nourished and rested to create an optimal environment for healing after baby. We create nourishing meal plans based on your current state and healing needs. We may go food shopping, stock your pantry, bring food and herbs, cook in your house and more. Our aim is to be as present and connected with the mother as she needs. Generally, we keep a very low profile in your home to not disturb the restful environment but we are there for what a family might need.
